HELLO FELLOW DOGGY (AND KITTY) LOVERS!
As far back as I can remember, I have always felt a profound connection to nature and animals. As a result, I have grown up sharing my home with many animal companions; from lizards, mice and butterflies, to fish, dogs and cats, you name it! I have also worked independently to rescue and rehabilitate animals whenever they are in need; some of these animals include wildlife such as various birds, rabbits and squirrels as well as domesticated animals such as ducks, cats and dogs. Whether it be adoption, working to successfully rehome, caring for orphaned and injured wildlife, or finding the right rehabilitation center for these animals, helping and simply having the opportunity to spend time with animals is my passion.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Professionally speaking, I have worked for a pet store that specialized in puppy adoption, and volunteered at another before of legal working age. I have also worked for a tropical fish store and spent time caring for horses at a riding stable. In addition to helping friends and family care for their pets, I have also worked for two dog walking and pet sitting companies over the years; these include House Pet Plant Sitting Company in New Canaan and Mutts of Greenwich. I've fully completed dog obedience courses, and have had hands on experience with a wide array of dog breeds and temperaments.

It is my belief that animals are our equals, and that they deserve the same respect and care that your own child should receive. It is therefore my goal to build the personalized relationship with each of my human and animal clients that best suits their individual needs and expectations from a pet care provider. Animals have always been a huge part of my life. My fondest memories growing up are those of the pets that I have had, and continuing to share my life with my current furbabies brings me great joy. Spending my time caring for and helping animals has always been important to me. Since a young age, I have been volunteering with organizatons that aim to do the same thing. Some of these include: Safari Stan Pets, Animal Nation, PAWS and the Norwalk Land Trust.

I have always had a nurturing personality, and I realize the patience and understanding that our furry friends require. Having worked in preschools and as a children's party host, I have gained valuable experience in a similar field. I also have many years of experience pet sitting, so I know how important it is to keep your beloved pets safe and cared for according to their specific routines. I look forward to new opportunities to provide you and your cuddly pals with all of their pet care needs!
